Our Project Managers proactively identify potential risks and build flexibility into your move plan. If a delay does occur, we act fast:
- Immediate Notification: We communicate any issue to your designated contact the moment it arises.
- Revised Schedule: A clear recovery plan is provided with updated timelines – no confusion, no guesswork.
- On-Site Coordination: Our team collaborates with building management, security, and your internal departments to minimize downtime.
- Priority Completion: We allocate additional labour or equipment when necessary to get your operations back on track.

Handling Damage Claims
Despite careful planning and white-glove handling, incidents can occasionally occur. By Design is fully insured, certified, and transparent in how we handle any claim:
- Immediate Reporting: Any damage noticed on-site is documented by our crew supervisor or project manager before completion of the job.
- Written Claim Process: Clients can submit a damage report through our simple claim form or directly with our office. All reports are acknowledged within 24 hours.
- Comprehensive Review: We assess the claim details, verify crew reports, and, if necessary, inspect the affected item(s).
- Resolution & Repair/Replacement: Depending on the nature of the claim, we arrange for professional repair, replacement, or compensation under our Cargo and General Liability Insurance.
- Follow-Up Assurance: We follow up personally to confirm satisfaction and ensure full closure on every claim.
